Terms and Conditions

Order
Minimum order quantity is 100sq mtrs (approx 3 plts). Lead time approx 4 to 6 weeks for special order.
Payment
Full payment must be paid before despatch.
Delivery
Delivery is made by lorry with tail gate. The crate(s) is transported on a pump
pallet truck from the roadside to your door. Due to the weight of the crates
they cannot be moved on gravel drives etc .- only on hard firm surfaces.
Please ensure that you have the labour available to handle the tiles at delivery
as our driver is not responsible for handling tiles.
You must inform Adetex, if your property or site can only be reached by sharp
bends, narrow driveways etc. when ordering, as alternative arrangements may
need to be made.
In case of inaccessibility to your property or site, driver will return your
crate(s) to the depot where you will have to make other arrangements for
collection on your expenses.
Collection
Orders can be collected from the depot by your own arrangements. Collected
goods are transported at your risk.
Samples
Free samples are available in 10cm x 10cm size and we will gladly send on your
request. A postal charge will be required and refunded back against any order.
Fixing
Correct installation and use of specialist fixing and finishing products is
vital and must be by a specialist workman.
Damages
Please allow a minimum of 3 to 5% for damages. Pallets must be inspected at point of
delivery and any excessive damages or shortage should be reported to Adetex
immediately. Claim reported afterwards would not be accepted
Stone Products
Stone is a natural product and therefore you should expect slight variations
and imperfections such as chips, marks etc.
